Product reviewed: VIVO Steel Low Profile Electric TV Wall Mount for 32–75” TVs (MOUNT-E-WM075)

Why I Bought This Mount
We have an open floor plan that we absolutely love. From the kitchen, you can see straight into the dining area and living room, which makes entertaining easy and keeps everyone connected.
The challenge is that the wall best suited for our TV is perpendicular to the kitchen and dining space. Most of the time that’s a good thing — the kids stay focused during dinner instead of watching TV. But there are times when it’s nice to have a game on or a movie playing in the background while cooking.
I didn’t want to add a second TV or clutter the kitchen with a small screen, so I went looking for a mount that would let our 75” TV pivot toward the kitchen when needed. That search led me to the VIVO motorized wall mount.
What I Like
Easy, well-thought-out installation
Installation was more straightforward than I expected. While having two people helps, it’s very doable solo thanks to the keyhole-style mounting slot. You can hang the mount on the first bolt, make adjustments, and then fully secure it — a small detail that makes a big difference.
Smooth motorized movement
With the push of a button, the TV rotates smoothly up to 180 degrees. There’s no jerking, no hesitation — it feels solid and well-engineered, and it works exactly as advertised.
Programmable remote presets
You can set preset positions for “open” and “closed,” which makes daily use effortless. Once dialed in, the TV consistently returns to the same positions every time.
Solid build quality
Even with a large 75” TV, the mount feels sturdy and confidence-inspiring. There’s no wobble or flex, and it never feels like it’s struggling under the weight.
Things to Consider Before Buying
Precise positioning takes patience
The mount attaches to a single stud, so lateral adjustment is limited. If you’re trying to hide the motor housing perfectly behind the edge of the TV (as I was), expect to spend some time measuring and fine-tuning placement.
Low profile, but not ultra-flush
This is still a low-profile mount, but it sits slightly farther from the wall than the thinnest fixed mounts. It doesn’t bother me, but if you’re extremely particular about a flush look, you may eventually want to recess the mount into the drywall.
Limited smart-home integration
If you’re hoping to control this through Alexa or Apple HomeKit, don’t count on it. I tried using a Bond controller to learn the remote signal, but the signal type isn’t supported. This wasn’t a deal-breaker for me, but it’s worth knowing upfront.
Final Verdict
Overall, I highly recommend this mount. It solves a very specific problem that most TV mounts can’t, and it does so reliably and smoothly. The build quality feels premium, the motor works flawlessly, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade for our open-concept living space.
If you’re looking for a clean, motorized way to pivot a large TV between rooms, this mount delivers exactly what it promises.
